This was among my worst Airbnb stays. There was no hot water and almost no water pressure for my entire booking. I contacted the host right away, but she responded slowly and offered no real help fixing it, so I was left without basic amenities throughout my stay. Later, Pamela left a review accusing me of things that weren't true, including intentionally switching off the boiler. That's a serious, baseless claim. I never touched the utilities, and the suggestion that I made up the problem to get a refund is offensive and completely untrue. Pamela's response was unprofessional and deeply disrespectful to a paying guest. She didn't support me during the stay, then posted what felt like a retaliatory review. It showed no accountability or concern for guest well-being. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're not prepared for poor communication, unresolved problems, and false stories when something goes wrong.
