Hotel Giulia Ocean Club

We had a really enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service and hospitality were nice. Breakfast was good, though a few vegetables like tomatoes or leafy greens would have improved it. If you don't feel like going out for dinner, I'd suggest trying the restaurant here.

Everyone was polite and helpful, the service was good, and I liked the comfortable room. Breakfast was included and good. The weather was great, too. Getting around was the drawback. The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, with no nearby beach and no buses. The closest train is a 13-minute walk, and the schedule changed quite randomly. The pool was closed, and is open June to September 5th. The shuttle isn't free, they basically call a cab for a fee. Tea, coffee, and the bar are available for a fee as well.

We were so glad we stopped here before our morning flight. The gentlemen who helped us tonight were fantastic, and the food was phenomenal. We ordered room service, and everything had so much flavor.

We were frustrated by how reception handled an issue with the shower. It had given us warm water on the first night, but on day two it stopped doing so. When we reported it, the staff member who came to the room said that was "normal," which was surprising and disappointing. The response didn't resolve the problem or address our concern, and it left us with a poor impression of the hotel's service. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how guest complaints and problems are handled.
