My friend has trouble walking, and we'd called the day before to ask about wheelchair access. We were told there'd be no problem, but that wasn't really true. Thankfully she was having a good day and could walk more, so she wasn't relying heavily on her chair. We weren't offered a closer parking spot, so I had to drop her off and pick her up on the gravel road. There are a few small steps from the road to reception and the restaurant, plus a step at the restaurant entrance. The only accessible toilet is in the restaurant. We managed, but it wouldn't work for someone who uses a wheelchair full time. We enjoyed the pool on a weekday when it was quiet, and there's a poolside bar. The young woman working there was incredibly sweet, and we loved chatting with her. She even introduced us to a pony. On quieter days, apparently the animals are allowed to graze freely. It was beautiful to meet two ponies and a fluffy bunny. Lunch was good, though overpriced. €20 for a basic pasta felt like too much, and the service didn't match the prices. There weren't many tables, but we still had to remind our server about the glasses of wine after waiting ten minutes. We paid €110 for a pool day for two, two plates of pasta, and two glasses of wine. It's a beautiful place, but I don't think it's worth that much.

Such a beautiful place in Toscana, with spotless rooms and lovely decor. The nature around it feels like a royal garden. I warmly recommend it. ❤️

The food was amazing, and all the staff gave excellent service. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the pool area was wonderful. The barman was especially friendly and looked after us well. An excellent hotel and restaurant, and I'd definitely like to visit again.

We stayed for a week, and the gardens, pool, and rooms were all kept impeccably. The owners are incredibly friendly perfectionists, and every staff member was lovely and couldn't do enough for my partner, our three-month-old baby, and me. The restaurant served lovely food, grown locally or picked from the gardens. Two very minor things: it was quite expensive, though Tuscany is expensive in general, and the pool got busy at the weekend when more people came for the day. But it was a crazy hot weekend, so who can blame the locals?

Such a calm place, with a lovely slow pace. The animals wander around and sing away, and the Tuscan hills are beautiful to look at. The staff are young, kind, and good-looking. Loved it!
