We stood outside Pinsa for over 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us. Once we went in, the staff still weren’t welcoming, and the waiter set our drinks down without saying a word. Maybe we came in the wrong way, but that’s no reason to be unfriendly. The Bacardi rum listed on the menu wasn’t available, so we were asked to pick something else.

It’s a real shame, because the site itself is excellent and normally I’d have given it a much better rating. It’s new, very clean, well maintained, and has large pitches with power and water close by. The toilets and showers are especially high quality. But on Saturday, a birthday party took over the site. The restaurant wasn’t open to regular guests, and the noise was loud. Later, a sort of disco was set up right in the building with the toilets and showers, with blasting music until 2:30 Sunday morning. There were fireworks at 1:00, too. We had no chance to sleep. At checkout, there was no proper apology or discount. This was unacceptable, and it’s hard to recommend such a great place after that.

A motorhome site near Aosta with nicely sized pitches, electric hookups, water, and grey water disposal. The restaurant is great, and the service and atmosphere are friendly.

The atmosphere feels cozy and luxurious, and the food was delicious and high quality. The location is perfect, with a very large restaurant and good service.

The natural surroundings are breathtaking, the staff are nice, and the location is great. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and will definitely come back. The only drawback is that you have to drive to the nearest supermarket.
