The bed was comfortable and the location worked well, but the service really let the place down. The front desk arranged a taxi to the big shopping mall for 75 euro, which felt insane. The room smelled of smoke, and when I came back late at night the hotel was locked, so I had to wait to be buzzed in. There was no vending machine or open shop for food. The lobby was pleasant, with chairs outside, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for customer service or a good time.

We felt safe walking back from the station late at night, and the neighborhood was quiet. For Venice, this was good value if you don't want to pay a fortune for accommodation. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, with trains to Venice every 30 minutes. There's free parking too. Breakfast is available at the hotel, or there's a nearby cafe for coffee and a croissant.

The train station is a short walk away, and Venice is about 30 minutes by train. There's also a good supermarket next door for picking up food and drinks before a road trip. The family who run the hotel were lovely, helping us with taxis and our questions, and the breakfast on the terrace is a must. Our room was very nice and had a cot for our child. Even though our flight from London was badly delayed and we arrived after 1am, the staff kindly waited to let us in.

The staff were both professional and incredibly friendly, and couldn't have been more accommodating. Our room was very spacious and cleaned every day. Breakfast was continental and more than enough to start the day. It's a lovely hotel just outside Venice, and we'll stay again and recommend it to others. Thanks to everyone who made a very difficult time for us a little brighter x

8/10
The location worked well for us, with the station about a 10-minute walk away and Venice around 30 minutes by train. We also liked the nearby Boomerang bar for its affordable drinks and nice atmosphere. The hotel was quiet, the bathroom had everything including a bidet, and the continental breakfast was tasty. Our bed was comfortable, though the pillows could have been better. We'd stay here again.
