The only thing that needs attention is the synthetic grass, which should be updated. Otherwise, everything was magnificent. The clean pool and bathrooms, excellent restaurant food, and one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had made for a great visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it seems especially well suited to families. I’ll gladly come back.

We’ll definitely return. The rooms were spacious, clean, and functional, and breakfast came with plenty of top-quality products. The value for money was excellent. Lorenza was kind, helpful, and professional, and the pizza was delicious, made in true Neapolitan tradition! 🔝

It’s an expensive place, and the staff were unpleasant. We waited an hour to get settled and then spent hours waiting for a sunbed. Parking is mandatory and costs €3, and umbrellas cost extra. They don’t require showering before swimming, but a cap is required, so we had to buy one. Nobody told us any of this on the phone, even when we asked. After waiting an hour and trying a pool that was nothing special, my boyfriend and I asked for our money back and left. Everyone else was swimming without a cap, but we were made to buy one.

The prices are very low! It’s a family-run business in a stunning building that still echoes its ancient splendor, and in some ways it really does feel old. Still, the managers’ effort and courtesy give us hope that things will soon become more functional and welcoming.
