The sunset from the garden was lovely, with comfortable spots to lounge and a perfect view. The garden was well kept, the trash area organized, and parking was easy. The house was clean and spacious, right among the best beaches around Cagliari, near a supermarket and restaurants. We felt at home straight away because the hosts were so kind and accommodating, and especially approachable. They supplied the essentials, including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids and adults, a freezer bag and towels. There was also beer, wine, Sardinian bread, coffee, tea and sweet fruit. Great for families with small kids. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Cagliari.

There were four of us, and we had plenty of room in this quiet villa. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom and from the patio over the garden. The hosts, Carla and Andrea, were incredibly kind and gave us lots of suggestions for shopping, restaurants and places to visit. They left a cool bag, umbrellas and beach towels, which came in handy since we flew in. It's ideally placed for exploring the area's stunning beaches, with Villasimius about half an hour away and Cagliari nearby too. We'll definitely come back.

Carla and Andrea welcomed us so warmly, and the rooms were bright and clean. The house is peaceful, with an olive garden and hammock, and beautiful beaches close by. Cagliari is easy to get to. From the veranda or the lovely little balcony, the sea view alone would be enough.

What stands out most is how good we felt staying here. You wake up to sun and sea, then the sunset in the evening makes you feel at peace with the world. It's a beautiful, comfortable villa with three large bedrooms, a lovely patio, a well-stocked kitchen, parking and a barbecue. Carla has thought of everything, and I couldn't find a single thing out of place or not working properly. The house was spotless too. The area is quiet and well placed for getting quickly to amazing beaches, restaurants and bars. The only sad part was having to leave.

The hosts spoiled us and kept us supplied with anything we needed. This house is magical, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a huge living room, a very well-stocked kitchen, a lovely patio and carefully chosen details. It's peaceful but close to the sea and services, with a panoramic view and every kind of comfort. I'd love to come back!
