We really loved this family hotel in Quartu. Our room was ready surprisingly early: we arrived in the morning, had coffee, and they got it prepared for us. It was spacious and very clean, with daily cleaning service. Breakfast was included each morning, with great coffee and tasty pastries to choose from. The hotel restaurant is amazing, serving great food, pizza, and Sardinian specialties. Lots of locals eat there, which says a lot about its value. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the bus stop is just a minute away for rides to Cagliari and nearby towns. It takes about 30 minutes to reach central Cagliari.

The room was simple but nice, with air conditioning, and the location is handy. Buses close to the hotel go to the beaches and to cagliary. The check-in setup was the main problem: reception is actually in the pizzeria on the first floor. I arrived quite late while it was open; they took my ID, handed me the key, and said I could collect the ID the next day. The place was closed for both lunch and dinner that day, so I couldn’t get it back until the day after. It was also hard to communicate because they don’t really speak English.
