The bathroom was spacious, but the room was cramped with three beds, one double and two singles. There was also a noisy fridge, TV and balcony. The owner rents an apartment divided into separate rooms, with an attached bathroom, and there is no breakfast. Check-out is at 10 am. Noise was a real problem. The street is very active and loud, even on Sunday night, and with thin walls we could hear the stairs and neighbors, basically everything. For what it offers, this B&B is overpriced. After I booked on Booking.com, the owner asked us to cancel and pay cash instead for a slightly lower 72 euros. Credit cards were not accepted at all.

It's handy being close to supermarkets and a pharmacy, but there are several drawbacks. They only take cash at check-in, there's nowhere to leave luggage, and housekeeping is poor. They cleaned just once during the week and only changed the towels. The door between the rooms and the other rooms is a folding door, so privacy isn't great.

The balcony had a lovely view, plus a drying rack, a table and two chairs. The room was clean, comfortable and excellent, with a small minibar, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was well kept and the shower spacious. It's close to Poetto beach, with free parking right in front, and SuperPan is just a few minutes away. I'd definitely recommend this B&B.
