Breakfast was pretty basic, with little to choose from, but that didn’t bother me. The building’s outside appearance isn’t much to look at, though the rooms are decorated wonderfully. The workers are very welcoming and friendly, and they understand English, which can be hard to find even at expensive places. There’s noise from cars and planes, but it didn’t bother my family or me, and I still slept enough.

The back courtyard was a peaceful spot to enjoy summer, with tables and chairs, and the whole property is beautiful. Breakfast had gluten-free bread and biscuits, jam-filled croissants, butter, jam, yogurt, strong coffee, fresh juice, and hot chocolate for the kids. The host was welcoming, and the spacious room stayed cool without air conditioning. The bathroom was roomy and clean, with a nice shower. It’s only a five-minute drive from Treviso International Airport. There can be road noise in the morning, though earplugs should help. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is lovely, with a good location and price. It was just right for getting my bike organized before cycling in Italy and Slovenia. Ciao!

A peaceful, relaxed stay, with friendly owners and staff, spotless rooms, and good facilities. I’d come back: it’s good value and well located, with friendly, helpful people and local bars, a cafe, and pizza within 50m. The bus takes about 20 minutes to Treviso centre, and the airport is only five minutes away for an easy car drop-off and Ryanair flight back to the UK. Skip Venice and visit Treviso and Vicenza instead. You get friendly, supremely helpful locals and good value food and drinks in characterful places, without the tourists.

A good base for visiting different places each day, or just for a night while passing through, away from the tourist centres. There are several restaurants and takeaway pizzerias nearby, plus a lovely park by the water.
