Don Alfonso Dimora Depoca

We had a wonderful stay at Don Alfonso. The room was comfortable, the facilities clean and modernized, and breakfast was great. The staff were very hospitable. Thank you!

The village of Racale had all the shops we needed as two travelers, including supermarkets, pastry shops, a pharmacy, and a gas station. Its location also made it easy to visit the nearby beaches. We loved being able to check in ourselves and use the website for local restaurant tips. We spent a week at this wonderful B&B and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place and the peaceful feeling it has. The room was lovely, spotless, and always smelled wonderful. We really appreciated housekeeping and the towel changes every two days. The terrace was lovely too, and the breakfast patio was stunning. A special thank you to Stefania, always smiling and helpful, who made delicious breakfasts each morning and accommodated all our requests. Don't miss her Caffè Leccese, she makes it so well. This little place will stay in our hearts. We'll definitely come back and highly recommend it. Thank you, Stefania and Dimora Don Alfonso, for a wonderful holiday!

The rooftop was a lovely surprise, with a pool and shower up there. We also found free parking on the side streets. Our upstairs room had plenty of space, including a walk-in closet, sofa, and balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh croissants, cakes, focaccia, fruit, yogurt, muesli, and drinks made to order. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel does a tasteful job of mixing old and new.

The rooftop terrace and pool are really inviting, though there was a bit of dirt in the pool from the pigeons. Our room was clean and the bathroom looked modern. Breakfast had freshly squeezed orange juice, but the choice was limited and we couldn't pick what we wanted. After our first coffee, nobody asked if we wanted another, which was disappointing. It's a great hotel complex overall.
