Salenthouse

Really great!

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the gym had plenty of equipment. I also liked the spacious common areas and the pleasant common room. The hot tub was a real bonus, and it was exceptionally clean, unlike at many other hotels. The whole property felt welcoming and very clean, with excellent value for money.

The place makes a strong impression as soon as you walk in. It’s very large, with unusual furnishings and a distinctive style. My stay was positive overall, but I wouldn’t return. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and you sink into them. There were only three coat hangers, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so water escaped. The shower was dirty, the faucets and rails looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned, and there was no shelf, dispenser, or other bathroom accessories. Even hand sanitizer is inexpensive and would last a long time. The property needs much more attention to detail and cleanliness. I clean and degrease my own house thoroughly once a year, and a facility should be taking care to maintain sanitary conditions for everyone. Rating: 3 out of 5. It wouldn’t take much to improve things.

We come back here often when travelling in Puglia. The rooms are clean and have all the comforts we need, and the property is nicely furnished with parking on site. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets are close by. The owners are always attentive and helpful with anything we need. Highly recommended, and thanks, see you soon!
