Villa Trullo

The evenings around the barbecue stayed with us, talking late and sharing stories under a sky that looked painted. The spectacular pool was the heart of our days, with sunset colors reflected on the water, a breeze through the trees, and the scent of nature all around. This trullo villa in Torre Suda brings together the character of the ancient Salento pagghiare (paw huts) and modern comforts. Antonio handed us the keys and asked us to treat the place like our own home, and his warm welcome made it feel special from the start. Getting to the sea took only a few minutes, and the water looked Caribbean at times. We were charmed by the people too, with their friendliness, genuine smiles, and easy conversations even while shopping. It felt like a life experience, not just a holiday. Thanks, Antonio, for welcoming us to this corner of paradise. We hope to return soon.

The children and adults both loved the swimming pool, and even though we were there in late October and early November, the nights weren't chilly enough for us to need the heating. Antonio was very helpful as our contact. We spent a week at the villa as two families and would happily recommend it. It has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two bunk beds, plus four bathrooms, which was handy for our group. The traditional building has been beautifully renovated and extended, with care taken over the details and materials. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's another kitchen outside on the patio along with a barbecue area. The garden is gorgeous and very well kept, especially the lawn. Thanks again!

A lovely welcome from the host, and an idyllic place for a quiet break with a partner or friends. The pool and lawn are magnificent and kept in excellent shape. Everything we needed was provided, including a washing machine, dishwasher, two bathrooms, and Wi-Fi.
