Modern room and a nice place, but I wasn’t sure whether it was actually open. Our room faced the path to the church, so we got a free 6 a.m. wake-up call, with a 15-minute snooze. No breakfast was included, even though this was the most expensive stay of our trip.

We left a little piece of our hearts here and hope to come back. Mrs. Renate and the rest of the staff were wonderful, kind, and always ready to answer questions. You can tell they put a lot of care into their work. The views from the panoramic terraces were picture-perfect. The common areas and rooms were spotless, and the spa was excellent, with a lovely herbal tea corner. The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained, and the pool was especially stunning. The kids’ room had games for lots of ages, from toddlers to adults. We loved the food from breakfast through dinner. There was a generous buffet of traditional and local dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. It was a family holiday that surpassed what we expected. Thank you, Simona, Massimo, and the children.
