There are lots of lovely outdoor spots for relaxing, and swallows nesting nearby gave the place a bit of magic. The staff were charming and very accommodating, and my room was beautifully designed and flawless. Such a lovely location.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and my room was clean. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, so there were nice parts to the stay. Still, the room felt dated and could use a refresh. The air conditioning was very weak and didn't work properly, which made things less comfortable. There wasn't a kettle, or even one cup or glass, which was inconvenient. It was also my birthday while I was there, but the hotel didn't make any small gesture. Even a complimentary dessert at the restaurant would've shown more attention and made a difference. Those missing basics, the AC trouble, and the lack of little details took away from what could've been a nicer stay.

The estate itself is full of lovely places to enjoy, from the rolling hills and vineyards to the spa, restaurants, and terraces. It's picturesque, and the staff were wonderful, with great service. The location also makes it easy to get out and explore Chianti. We've already told lots of friends and family about it, and hope to come back before long.

Marina was incredibly helpful at every turn and gave us some really good ideas for places to see during the day. The on-site restaurant served such delicious pizza. Villa Campomaggio has an amazing setting, with a winery just five minutes away. If you like peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and a relaxing spa, it's a must visit.

The rooms are big, the view is beautiful, and the restaurant food is delicious. The spa is spacious and relaxing, too. The staff were amazing, and Marina at reception helped us so much during our stay. Highly recommend.
