We stayed at the villa for two weeks and were very happy with it. The setting is extremely quiet, with genuinely breathtaking views. It’s great for relaxing, and also works well as a base for driving to nearby picturesque villages like Pienza and Montepulciano. There’s everything you need in the well-equipped villa. We especially liked the gazebo for meals outside. The pool is shared with the neighboring villas and was always clean. It got a little busier in the late afternoon, though that was during the week of August 15th. At other times of day it was very quiet, almost like having it to ourselves.

There’s no holder for shampoo in the shower, and the kitchen is missing a cloth for wiping the table and a tea towel.

The rooms are welcoming, and there’s a well-kept garden with a stone outdoor oven, a gazebo for dining outside, and a clean shared pool. It’s a quiet spot away from the city’s bustle, surrounded by wonderfully fragrant nature, with several small villas next to each other. Highly recommended.

The villa was comfortable and quiet, with a private garden, gazebo, lovely pool, and views of the countryside. Everything was very clean. It’s an excellent base for visiting the nearby villages and Bagni San Filippo. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I rented a villa for about a month. The place was well kept and had a pool, but it’s far from everything. Restaurants in general are very expensive.
