After the busy streets of Florence, this farm was exactly the restful break we needed. Natalie and her mother Giovanna made us feel at home, with nourishing breakfasts and dinner, and we even got a tour and bought some of their lovely olive oil. The setting is beautiful, and the puppies, dogs, and cats were a sweet extra. We loved our stay and have such great memories. Hope to return!
The family lunch alone made our visit to Podere Paugnano unforgettable. Natalie and her family welcomed us into their home, and the food, made with ingredients from the farm, was incredibly fresh and delicious. The ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce, all the sides, and several desserts were some of the best food we've had in Italy. We came as part of a day trip through Tuscany, and Natalie also gave us a helpful tour of the farm and explained how and why they do things there. The views are incredible, too. The food, drinks, hospitality, and setting made for a relaxing, memorable experience. Thank you, Natalie and family!
We visited Podere Paugnano for Sunday lunch in July 2023, a group of nine, and had a fantastic time. The views were beautiful, Natalie was a lovely host, and the food was sensational, so fresh and delicious. Thanks again!
Andrea Marcone gave us a great tour of this working sheep farm and cheese producer. We also had a lovely meal from Giovanna, including homemade pasta. The setting is beautiful and the hospitality was great. I'd highly recommend arranging a visit and meal. Not to be missed.
The food was impossible to improve on, and everyone was so kind and caring. The owners gave top customer service, the farm is amazing, and the apartments were spotless, well equipped, and just right. I wish we'd stayed more nights. We'll be back, it's a magical place!
