Acacia Palace

We enjoyed the evening strolls into Marina di Ragusa after dinner. The town has shops, restaurants, and a marina, and the hotel is also well placed for a lovely sandy beach. Its pools were very good. We stayed half board and were happy with the good variety of evening food. We noticed a couple of reviews said the choice was limited, and strongly disagree. Breakfast was excellent, and our accommodation was clean and excellent too. It was a great 7-day stay at the Acacia Palace Hotel. Every staff member was extremely helpful and looked after us well, especially Florentine and Nathali in the restaurant. Our cheerful cleaner in Room 355 was efficient and brightened each morning. We’ll definitely return.

The pool feels like a little bit of paradise, surrounded by a lush, well-kept garden and tall palm trees. The photos don’t do it justice. The hotel is about 100m from the beach and the Marina Di Ragusa promenade, where there are hundreds of places for entertainment just a few metres away. The hotel itself doesn’t offer entertainment, which suited us for a restful holiday. Our room was spotless and elegantly decorated. Breakfast was a generous, delicious buffet. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially la Signora Agata, the lovely, helpful cleaner on our floor. Thank you for a beautiful, restful stay in Marina Di Ragusa.

The hotel was so clean, the staff professional and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great. We’ve just come home from a fabulous week and the location was perfect. We’ll definitely come back!

We’ve had lots of holidays in Italy and Sicily, and this hotel’s breakfast had the widest choice we’ve experienced. It’s also just a short walk from the beachfront and about 15 minutes from the main town. There’s a spa with massage treatments, and the grounds and pool area are beautiful.
