CapoSud - Residence Ragusa

Micro treated us terribly. He was racist, condescending, and dismissive toward women, and called my daughter and me thieves just because we’re Black.

Chiara handled everything, from the booking through to welcoming us, and did a great job. We stayed in LIBECCIO with our newborn, and it worked out fine for the three of us. The new house has everything you need, including a generously sized refrigerator, a little table with two chairs, and an excellent 80x120cm shower. The bathroom is long and narrow, though, and the place itself is tiny, really just a room with a bed and mini-kitchen.

Chiara made us feel so welcome and was always helpful. The place is tucked away from the busy areas, but close to the main street, beach, and several supermarkets, which made driving easier. There were four adults, and we made good use of the hydromassage pool and outdoor space for dinners and aperitifs. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully put together, with two bathrooms, including one ensuite. It was a lovely vacation, and the website photos match the place accurately. We only took a few ourselves.

The hydromassage pool in the courtyard was a lovely extra, especially when rough seas kept us from going to the beach. We spent two nights in the “Fiocco” suite at the Caposud residence in Marina di Ragusa. The accommodation was new, clean, and had every comfort, with the town center and seafront nearby. Chiara and her parents were wonderful and very helpful. It was a fantastic, peaceful break from everyday life, and I’d happily stay in the same suite again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
