We found the owner very kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It’s on the first floor, close to the cathedral, supermarket, and restaurants. Having the garage and a parking space right next door was very useful. Highly recommended!

We felt right at home in this spacious, welcoming house. Its courtyard is delightful, and the original furnishings have been kept, apart from the bathrooms, which added to the character of the stay. There’s lots of room in the shared spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms. It’s ideally placed in Ragusa Alta’s historic center, very near the steps to Ibla, and the garage parking is handy. The owners were kind and helpful throughout.

It felt like home even though we were on holiday. The place has a special atmosphere, and the city is doubly beautiful, with the romantic steps to Ibla practically right there. Signora Isabella was a wonderful host. Nonna Rosa felt as if she’d just stepped out to do the shopping for a moment, though sadly she’s no longer here. The garage under the house was convenient and very reasonably priced, just like the inviting atmosphere of the place.
