We had a great stay. The place was beautiful, quiet, clean and well maintained, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of tips and was a really nice guy, so I’m not sure why some reviews criticize the service or hospitality. Breakfast isn’t included, but that didn’t bother us. We drove five minutes to the supermarket to pick up breakfast for the mornings. Regusa old town and Modica were both about a 15-minute drive away.

The owners were very friendly, and it was nice to relax by the pool. The place itself was lovely and quiet at night. I’ll definitely come back.

Everything else was perfect, but I couldn’t give it five stars because the property is so close to the highway. You can hear the cars quite loudly while you’re in the swimming pool.
