The cafe toilet was disgusting.

The apartment has a balcony looking over Ragusa Ibla, just steps away, and the inside of this renovated old house is magnificent. It has a kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, minibar, double bed, and two air conditioners. The owner was extremely kind, welcomed us warmly, and walked us through the apartment and its amenities. Reception is inside the bar with the same name, in the small square you can drive into. There’s a free public parking lot nearby, which was very convenient. Breakfast at the bar was excellent.

The apartment had a lovely direct view of the old town of Ragusa and was well furnished, with a kitchen, oven, and washing machine. It felt very comfortable and clearly had been looked after with care. The stone arches in the bedroom are adorable. It's easy to get to, and most attractions in the centre are within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk.

The apartments are simply furnished but have all the comforts, and ours even came with a panoramic terrace. The building is right at the entrance to Ibla, away from the busy centre, and parking just below was probably the best extra. It was hassle-free and there were no extra charges.
