The rooms are a little dated, but they were very clean, had everything we needed, and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple but really good. It's a small hotel, about a seven-minute walk from the new town center. What made the stay especially nice was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and ready with tips on what to see.

The staff sent me useful WhatsApp details about parking and nearby restaurants, and breakfast was good too. Service was excellent. The room was clean and nice, and a comfortable place to stay.

We visited at the end of September 2022, and I'm only getting around to writing this now because I wanted to be sure to leave a review. The hotel was ideally placed near one of the best views of the old town. Fabrice was especially helpful, offering recommendations whenever we needed them. My wife was in the early stages of pregnancy, so thanks to his help, she didn't need to do much research. The staff made this one of our best experiences during the whole Sicily trip. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was OK. From the location you can look out over Ragusa Ibla, and it's just a few minutes from Santa Maria alla Scalla, where the walk to the main attractions begins.

Just to be clear, this is a B&B rather than a hotel, and it's definitely not in Ragusa Ibla. It's close to some nice restaurants, which is handy if you don't feel like climbing all the way back after dinner, and the endless steps down to Ibla are nearby too. The place itself was clean and modern. The church clock right next door is very loud and chimes at 7am, so forget a lie-in. The staff, though, couldn't have been nicer. They were extremely helpful and happy to go the extra mile.
