Honestly, I don't understand all the good reviews. The place was very dirty, and our room was in terrible shape: a broken window, mirror and couch, a filthy bathroom and towels, and garbage left behind by the previous guests. Breakfast was awful, just sweets, and when something ran out nobody brought more, so you had to be quick if you wanted to eat. The staff didn't speak English, which made it impossible to communicate if we needed something. It wasn't a nice place to stay.

WARNING, SCAM. Avoid this place. They blame booking.com for booking mistakes and don't approve changes, even though the responsibility is theirs. I called twice for help. The first time, I was told she was in the hospital and couldn't help; the second time, she ignored what I was asking. This location is a disgrace.

We stayed for three nights as a couple, and the room was very nicely presented. It looked like everything had been refurbished recently, and the bathroom was above average, with a roomy shower and sink. Breakfast was decent, though I'd suggest getting a proper local breakfast somewhere else in Ragusa. The price-to-quality ratio was great, and I'd definitely stay again.

I stopped here twice during a work trip. The service was honest and good.

The owners were really nice, and the room was lovely. A pleasant place, definitely worth recommending.
