The breakfast was very good, and the hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the city and region over our four-night stay. We parked for free near the hotel's lower entrance. From the fifth floor, the lift takes you to street level in the old city. We had a classic twin room, number 218, at the end of a second-floor corridor, on the same floor as reception. It was spacious. All the positive points mentioned in other reviews held true. Certainly one of the best places to stay in Ragusa.

Finding the hotel was a little tricky at first because we were driving and trying to avoid the ZTL zones. Once we got there, the front desk service was great. Eric showed us where to park and gave us a map with clear directions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the piazza was just a short walk away. We'd recommend it and stay again on another visit to Ragusa.

The room on the reception floor was cramped and quite small. We couldn't open the closet door all the way, so the mirror inside wasn't usable, and the beds were singles. For this kind of hotel, I expected larger beds. The bathroom was very nice, though. The San Giorgio itself is beautiful, with excellent service, views, and breakfast buffet.

We had a lovely room and a full breakfast was included. The service was excellent too, from the email with a video explaining parking and entry, through check-in, to the follow-up email asking how our stay was going.

The room was spacious and modern, and this was the first hotel I've stayed in with an AC unit that was truly quiet. The shower looked a little dated but worked perfectly, and the hotel is close to the city center. The woman at reception was amazing. My only improvement point is breakfast: the service wasn't great, and there was barely any variety. I'd come back and recommend the hotel, just not for breakfast.
