The room was excellent, decorated in a tasteful modern style, and the staff made us feel welcome. It’s well placed for the new town, with the old town reachable on foot too if you’re okay with the hills.

Mr. Carmelo was kind and flexible about our requests for the wedding day, and his staff were helpful too. I stayed with him during the August holiday period for a wedding and vacation. The hotel is in central Ragusa, just steps from the cathedral, and the rooms are spacious. Our large terrace connected to a smaller one shared with a friend, which worked out very well. Breakfast was good, especially the chocolate croissants. At my request, Mr. Carmelo also arranged the different transfers through the Transfer service. Perfect, I absolutely recommend it!

We had a spacious, clean room and an excellent location with easy parking. The breakfast was plentiful and high quality, and the owner was available to accommodate any requests. Recommended.
