Casa Sibelius - Bettina 57

I spent a month in the Giramondo apartment with a friend in November for work, and I’d happily book it again for another working-abroad stay. It was a comfortable place to come back to, and made the whole month much better. The flat was clean and fresh, with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The tiled floors were easy to keep clean, and after we asked, we were given a kettle. I work remotely, so reliable Wi-Fi mattered. We had almost no connection problems. On the one occasion something went wrong, Alberto replied quickly and fixed it right away, so it didn’t disrupt my work. The apartment is close to the town center, about a five-minute walk from the train station and one minute from a Spar. The town gets quiet at night, but never felt unsafe, and the streets were well lit. Alberto was excellent from the start. We arrived late and tired, and he helped carry our suitcases from the station. Since the shops were already closed, he’d even bought us some food for that first night. It was very thoughtful. I’d definitely choose Giramondo again for remote work, and Alberto was absolutely excellent and super helpful.
