Hotel Approdo

Breakfast at the hotel was great and well worth the small, reasonable charge. I only wish the coffee machine were available longer and before breakfast hours. Our first-floor room was lovely, with a big balcony, seats, and a good view. It’s a wonderful little hotel, and I’d happily stay again. There are only 7 parking spots, and we were lucky to get one. Call when you book if you’ll need parking.

The location is quiet, with several nice restaurants about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There’s also a little beach just a three-minute walk from the hotel. Check Google Maps, cross the road at the bottom of the hotel, follow the street toward a tiny church, then turn right and go down the steps. My partner and I loved taking a morning dip before breakfast. The hotel itself was great for our three-night stay. Our room had big windows facing the ocean and a large terrace with the same view. The rooms are fresh, and the staff are genuinely kind, friendly, and happy to help. They even remember you. Breakfast was great value, and we’d definitely stay here again if we return to Rapallo. Keep up the awesome work, guys!

The staff really made the stay, always smiling, available, and ready to help make things special. We’re especially grateful to Greta ❤️. Our room was large, well air-conditioned, clean, and cozy, with a sea view from the balcony. We woke to birdsong. The hotel is on a bus route, with a stop right outside. Tickets cost 2 euros and can be bought at reception. Santa Margherita is a 15-minute walk away, and you can take a boat to Poltofino from there. There are also two lovely beaches and seafood restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly staff who were really helpful. The hotel is well placed for both Rapallo and Santa Margarita, with a beach, bars, and restaurants nearby.
