The room had been updated, with a balcony facing straight out to the ocean, and there are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The whole building and the room were spotless. Breakfast was excellent every day, with lovely breads, cheeses, fruit, pastries, and coffee. I had a double Americano each morning, so good. Hotel Vesuvio is a quaint, family-run place on Rapallo beach, and we enjoyed meeting the owner and his family. Since we had a Mini Cooper, the owner made sure we had a reserved parking spot for the whole stay. It's good value for the money, though it isn't luxury. I'd highly recommend it, especially for that oceanfront view. You won't be disappointed.

Julia and the rest of the team went the extra mile with travel help and recommendations. The buffet breakfast had a lovely range, and the rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's a fantastic little hotel in Rapallo for exploring Cinque Terra and Portofino. Grazie Mille!

Plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a 24-hour store, and the train station is close. The hotel is in a great area with a sea view. Our room was nice and clean, and they made it up daily. The staff were really helpful and kind. Totally recommend this place.

From the balconies you look right across the water over the bay, and the hotel sits on the promenade. It was great value for that view, with an in-room air conditioner and breakfast included, including a barista. Everything is within walking distance, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great base for exploring the Riviera Ligure and will definitely come back.

The owners were especially helpful, and breakfast was extremely good. It’s the best three-star hotel I’ve stayed in. There’s a choice of room sizes, all newly fitted out with views of the sea. Happy to recommend it.
