Im International 1 - Galleria Raggio 3/9

We were very disappointed with our stay at the property at Galleria Raggio 3 in Rapallo, especially as nobody apologized. The manager was friendly over the phone, but we hadn't been told about construction in the building. At 8:30 in the morning, loud work started and woke us up. When I brought it up the next morning, he said their office is in Bergamo and they aren't required to notify guests. The Murphy bed was uncomfortable and, when open, its frame had sharp corners that felt hazardous. The mattress sagged in the middle, and the electrical outlets attached to the bed didn't work. The toilet leaked and made noise all night. The Wi-Fi was also out. I reported that to the property manager by WhatsApp and phone, but he didn't fix it. His only offer was to walk me to a nearby office to use Wi-Fi, though I wanted to use it in the apartment.
