We booked this for my father-in-law while he accompanied his wife for a procedure at Iclas. Federico was fantastic about helping us handle the changes and rescheduling. It was really convenient for anyone going to the clinic. Thanks again!

The flat was clean and the price was fair, but the sofa bed mattress was really uncomfortable and the cookware was in rough shape. There’s no elevator, and parking costs €8 a day. I only noticed the listing’s “parking is a bonus!” wording after the fact, and that charge should have been made clear in advance. Three stars feels about right. Sorry, I missed that line in the ad.

The apartment was welcoming and nicely furnished, and the location was handy with a very useful garage. Still, there were several issues. The living room and kitchen were dim, with only one of the two bulbs working, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water, napkins, or a tablecloth. We also found a sock from a previous guest under the bed. I’d asked for two rooms, one for me and one for my son, and the confirmation email said linens, Wi-Fi, and utilities were included, but no sheets were provided. When I asked, the manager said that at the price we’d “ripped off,” providing them wasn’t worth the cost. I’d agreed by phone to €180 all-inclusive for three nights for one adult and one child. The confirmation came a couple of days later and asked for tourist tax; to avoid an argument, I agreed to pay half.

The owner was really friendly, and the apartment itself was very nice. There’s a supermarket about a three-minute walk away, which made shopping easy. Parking is available next door if you let them know beforehand. It costs an extra €5 per day, but it’s worth it.
