The staff were a real highlight, especially Elena and Marta in the restaurant. They were friendly, professional, and made a real effort to give us warm, attentive service. The food was excellent throughout, and the spa was relaxing, though the pool area was often crowded. We stayed in a junior suite with a modern mountain chalet feel and fantastic views. The pillows were a little too soft for us. The hotel's location worked perfectly for a quiet mountain break, with plenty of places to visit within a 45 minute drive. We had a really great stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and there's plenty on offer for an active holiday. We stayed at Hotel Antholz in August and had an amazing week. The atmosphere and location were astonishing. When it was time to unwind, the wellness area was quiet and good for a solid nap.

Paola's massages were absolutely top notch, and Karen and Magda were both there to help me whenever I needed them, and then some. I loved the Junior suite and the spa at the Falkensteiner.

We had a mountain view from our balcony, and waking up to it felt like a dream. Even the drive through the mountains made me feel as if I were no longer in Italy. The staff were polite and really helpful. I was impressed that they spoke Italian, German, and English. We stayed three days and two nights at the Falkensteiner Hotel Antholz. We also booked the 120mins signature spa: one hour of massage and an hour of another treatment. I chose a facial, and my husband had a body scrub. The massage was intense, not for the faint of heart, and I left feeling like a new person. My masseuse found knots I didn't even know I had. The food was AMAZING. Breakfast, lunch snacks, and dinner were included, but we only got to try breakfast and dinner. I was really sad to miss lunch. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, and dinner was delicious and different each day. We ended up at the bar after dinner for a few more drinks. The bartender was attentive and made delicious drinks. Thank you, Hotel Antholz, for a wonderful stay. If you're thinking of booking, do it. You won't regret it!
