Maria kept in touch with us on WhatsApp in case we had questions, and she had thought of so many little things for our family of four. The house was spotless and exceptionally well equipped. There was fresh local fruit, biscuits for the kids, milk, and lots of tea and coffee. Even the best hotels don’t always look after guests’ needs so well. We visited with our two children, aged 10 and 14, on April 1 and 2, 2019. The house has a garage, lovely views, and Amalfi is a 15-20 minute drive away. Nearby there’s a pretty square with good restaurants, an ancient villa that’s now a museum, and local ceramic shops, all worth exploring. Since it’s a small town and restaurants close on Tuesdays, it’s best to check ahead.
