When an emergency forced us to stay in Bologna, we lost our luggage and had to cancel a full day of our trip, including our plans and the rest we needed before a seven-day cruise. We reached out to the hotel hoping for some understanding or flexibility, but got no cooperation or empathy. The staff didn't seem willing to help or even recognize how serious the situation was, even though it was out of our control. That added stress to an already difficult time. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic care, support, or professionalism. If something goes wrong, travelers may find the hotel isn't there to help.

I found the staff completely unfriendly. The room floor was dusty and dirty, with old hair on it, and the air conditioning wasn't working. The worst part was breakfast: I came 10 minutes before the official opening because I needed to make my departure flight, and even though the food was there, they wouldn't let me eat. The manager smiled at me and said I had to wait. I don't think customers should be treated that way, given that our money pays for the hotel. Stay away. Here is their reply: Good morning Dmitrij, We believe that you have already argued enough since your arrival without reasons and in a rather rude and disrespectful way with all our staff since your arrival including departure. Our structure does not intend to have further encounters with aggressive and rude people. They really don't care about customers. A simple “sorry” would have been enough for me.

I booked the wrong date by mistake, today instead of tomorrow. I understand that the booking was nonrefundable, but making me rebook for tomorrow without crediting me for that night feels like theft. I also paid an extra 30€ for breakfast, which won't be refunded or credited. I have two more nights that I may cancel because of this. I appreciate that someone from the business called me, but saying I took away a potential room rental is fraud. I doubt they turned anyone away because of my room. If they had, they could have rented it and refunded or credited me for the next night. I've cancelled and will take the financial hit. I won't do business with a known thief. I want to deal with people who act ethically and morally. Enjoy my money.

We were told to wait at the airport for our checked bags after they failed to arrive with our flight, the day before a 7-day cruise. Since the hotel is over an hour from the airport, going back and forth while waiting was a huge hassle. The staff were uncooperative and unfriendly, and offered no understanding or help with our situation. It made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.
