This was our third time back, but sadly the stay was a letdown compared with our earlier visits. The house had been available to us in full before; this time, even with our group of 12, we only had part of it. We also weren't told the owners would be staying in the other half, which made us feel we had less privacy. The kitchen didn't have enough utensils for a group our size, and the air conditioners couldn't be used because their remotes were missing. That was a real problem in mid-August. Cleaning was poor too, especially for a €70 fee: there were eaten cookies under the cupboards, cobwebs around the house, and a dental brace left in the kitchen. Several areas also seemed neglected in terms of general upkeep. It's especially disappointing because the hosts know us, and we'd always been honest and respectful. We expected more care and fairness from them. We'd had good stays here in the past, but this time it didn't meet our expectations.

The pool was the biggest disappointment: it looked neglected, and the water was already green by the evening we arrived. There was even a mouse in it. Since this is a countryside property, that can happen, but I think a rental should have suitable measures in place, such as mousetraps, for hygiene. The house looks good in the photos, but in person it was shabby, poorly maintained, dusty, and had spiders. It's advertised as a private rental with pictures of the whole house, including double bedrooms, yet the property is split in two, with the owner living in one half during guests' stays. The double bedrooms also have bunk beds to reach the stated capacity of 12 people. There's a beach volleyball court and a barbecue with a terrace, but other people can use them too. The terrace tables, chairs, and other furniture need cleaning before you use them. I can't recommend the place.

A spacious park with a pool and different places to stay. The outdoor bar has a good selection, and the caretaker also serves food, including a snack buffet. It's a nice spot for a poolside get-together with friends.
