Hotel Adriatico

The staff were the one bright spot: really friendly and helpful. But for what we paid, the hotel was extremely overpriced. The rooms were very outdated, the bed uncomfortable, and there was no water, tea, or coffee in the room. The bar closed at 7, with nowhere nearby to go unless you had a car. We were told the day before arriving that the electricity would be off for hours after we got there, and it was. They said the cleaning staff would come once power was back, so we had to put our things in an uncleaned, untidy room someone else had used. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, just a small croissant or sandwich with coffee. Juice cost extra. The hotel is near an unreliable bus stop for Mirabilandia, but we waited an hour under the sun for the bus. I'd recommend staying in the city, where activities are nearby, instead of standing by a highway waiting for a ride. The hotel being close to Mirabilandia doesn't justify the prices, especially since you can't walk there because it's a highway with no sidewalk.
