We stayed five days and had a really nice time. The owner was friendly, and Nadia at reception was warm, helpful and spoke English very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, and the hotel is right across from the beach. There's parking behind the hotel. We were there with the kids, and they loved the vacation. They also offered us discounts on beach sun beds and Mirabilandia park. Nothing but good things to say about our stay.

I'd suggest choosing another hotel. Lunch and dinner were served for just one hour each, from 12.30 to 13.30 and 19.30 to 20.30. The menu was only in Italian, so we had to translate the whole thing with Google Translate. I also found the kitchen and food awful. The hotel boss seemed focused on using up the food and saving money: kitchen staff were told to prepare again the things left over from the morning buffet, and we saw the same items at lunch or dinner.

This was definitely a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. There were five of us, not six, and we changed the reservation when we arrived. My two-year-old brother threw a piece of paper, but the response was completely out of proportion: they called the police over a toddler doing that. The police didn't find their account reasonable.

The location is nice, but I had a very bad impression of the owner. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with children. It felt more like being in a nursing home than a hotel.

The hotel and the way we were treated were both terrible. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. It was the worst hotel in Italy.
