Hotel La Tavernetta

The staff were really helpful and kind while we were there. We loved our stay, and the rooms were clean and nice.

The staff at reception and the waiters gave us the best service, were patient, and helped us with Italian. We checked in and got the details about breakfast, dinner, and the shuttle to the port right away. Since the hotel is close to the cruise port, it suited us well. We tried the pool, then walked to the beach, about half a mile away, before coming back for a fresh, great dinner. There are also a bar, Wi-Fi, a clean bathroom with shampoo and conditioner, and shuttle transportation. The beach, other restaurants, and gelato shops are all walkable. Dinner is added to your bill at the end of the stay. 10/10, I'd recommend it.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were lovely, and the staff were kind. Our room had two bedrooms, which worked for our three generations. Breakfast was beautiful, and there are several places to eat and a mini mart nearby. The hotel also has a car that takes guests to the cruise terminal for a fee, which worked very well for our transit there. We stayed 1 to 3 June 2024.

The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean and well kept, as was the rest of this nice little hotel. The restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were very friendly. Don't let the three-star rating put you off, I've been to four- and five-star hotels that couldn't match it. We stayed the night before our cruise, and the hotel shuttle to the port was very convenient, though you need to book and pay for it. I'd definitely stay and eat here again if we're in the area.
