We had such a nice week here and will definitely come back. The staff were friendly and always smiling, the service was good, and both our room and the shared areas were clean. The entertainment was fun, too.

I had a fun, relaxing week, with excellent food and great entertainment. This is my favourite spot for a summer holiday: the hotel is right on the beach, and the all-inclusive package covers the beach, pool, restaurants, and entertainment. Highly recommended.

The room was the other big letdown. It needs updating, especially the bathroom, with its 1980s fittings and shower curtain. Unwatchable in 2024. The hotel felt much too chaotic and confusing. We’d booked the menu the night before, but they still ran out of lemon sorbet. The food was average and seemed poorly prepared in the rush. My mixed fried fish was inedible because too much salt had got onto it. If you can’t afford to spend more, Hotel Tokyo is good value. If you can pay a little extra, there are less chaotic hotels with better service.

The two rooms and the food were the highlights for me. Excellent food, a private beach, and everything was very clean and well cared for. The maître was always friendly and attentive to every need. Well done, Marco.

The owners are always available and willing to meet guests’ requests. We had a relaxing, wonderful holiday, with courteous, friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, excellent food, and great service. We’ll be back next year.
