The service was really unpleasant.

We were welcomed warmly even though we arrived around dinnertime, and the host was attentive and quick to respond. Apartment 3 was clean, modern, and practical. Its central position overlooks the lookout point and the Capo Rossello lighthouse, and worked well for getting to Lido Capo Rossello, Le Pergole, and Giallonardo beaches within minutes. Porto Empedocle and Agrigento were easy to reach too. We stayed three nights in August and would recommend it.

The host was friendly from the beginning, and so were the neighbors. It felt pleasant and fairly safe, and I'd use the place again. Right in the piazza, it's handy for supermarkets, bars, bakeries, and the Tuesday market. The splendid Belvedere is a must for panoramic views and photos. Still, it's a long way from the sea, with a steep climb, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone getting around on foot. At the top there are bars and restaurants that are well worth trying. Inside, the apartment was spotless, with brand new furnishings. The main room serves as a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, and also has a very comfortable single bed and a washing machine. The bathroom is small but very practical, with plenty of tablecloths, which saved us after we'd forgotten ours. The bedroom is large and lovely. Three people could sleep there, though it'd feel cramped; two were very comfortable. The air conditioning is only by the entrance, but it kept the whole place cool, a real lifesaver in July. Wi-Fi was excellent too, especially since phone service in the area is quite poor.

The owner was kind and polite as ever, and helped with our requests, including a small TV problem that wasn't related to the property. We came back after a year and again had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the comforts you'd expect in a holiday rental. It's centrally located, so you can walk to Realmonte's attractions, while Lido Rossello's clean beach and crystal-clear water are only a five-minute drive away. Highly recommended!
