I’m in the area for work pretty often, and lunch here is always a welcome stop. The trio is a really good pick, and there’s plenty of variety on the menu. Big compliments to the whole staff. If I’m remembering right, around €12 gets you the trio, water, and coffee, which is very good value.

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, giving us useful information and suggestions for places to see. Our room was roomy, clean, and inviting, and breakfast came with plenty of croissants and other pastries, plus cappuccino, which I love. Everyone was friendly and kind. It worked well as a base for Loreto, Numana, and other nearby places. We also went to the Frasassi Caves, which were stunning. I think the rating is well deserved. I highly recommend staying here!

This is clearly set up more for workers than holidaymakers, given the industrial area and the lack of tourist amenities. Still, the convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and nearby attractions more than made up for that for us. The location is handy for the Scossicci beaches and places like Numana, Sirolo, Marcelli, Castelfidardo, and Porto Recanati. Our room was large, spotless, and kept cool with air conditioning. There was also a very useful minibar, and the spacious closet had plenty of room for bags and duffels. The hostess was kind and willing to help with what we needed.

Our bathroom was clean, but over the four nights we stayed, the towels weren't changed and the bathroom bin wasn't emptied. A shower mat change might have been enough. That's what kept this from being a five-star stay. Everything else was spotless, at a level I hadn't even seen in some four-star hotels. The mother and son who run the place were attentive and helpful, and the industrial-area location was quiet while still close to everything. Breakfast was very good, with the lady bringing us lots of fresh croissants. They also run La Donzelletta further down the road. The prices are great and the food is excellent. We'd be very happy to stay with you again if we're back in Sirolo. Best regards.
