The room was disappointing for the price. The AC was noisy even when switched off, and since the wires were internal and we couldn’t unplug it, we couldn’t sleep. The bed was fine. Breakfast was bare minimum, set out for guests to serve themselves from a “buffet” in the back corridor, though at least we could eat in the room. We had an awful experience with the booking too. We saw the property on Booking, but on arrival they charged more than the offer. They canceled the online offer so we’d have to pay them directly, refused to issue an invoice, and requested cash only. Besides the obvious tax fraud, we got a better room in a proper hotel the next night for the same price. I don’t recommend this place. They clearly take advantage of you if they see you’re too tired to find somewhere else.

We found this place at the last minute while driving in an orange alert storm, and ended up staying three nights. It was the best place of our whole trip. Alberto and Carla were so sweet and took great care of us. Everything is beautiful, new, tastefully decorated, and really homey. We had a car, so the somewhat remote location didn’t bother us. It was actually nice not to have to worry about parking for once. We’ll be back!

The hosts are comfortable and very accommodating at this great little B&B. It’s too far to walk into town, but only a short drive. The one gripe is the extremely steep hill up to the room, though that’s what you can expect in one of Italy’s most beautiful places.

A calm place with hilarious views, comfortable beds, and great hosts. Bongo restaurant is just a five minute walk away. A perfect place to stay!
