There’s a lot of potential here, but the house is definitely in poor shape. The rooms have no character, and the kitchen has no utensils. The fridge was empty, and there was no shampoo or soap. Outside, all the CCTV cameras on the front of the house made it feel like being in jail.

There’s plenty of parking on the property, though getting there is a bit tricky. The owner is always available if you have questions, which was especially helpful with figuring out the trash disposal. The sea views are wonderful, and the location is pleasant. The above-ground pool can still be used by at least 10 people. The decor feels rather old-fashioned, but the rooms stay fairly pleasant in the evenings, so I rarely had trouble falling asleep. Cooking for a large group was the main difficulty, since there are only two cooking areas.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely house with a beautiful view, and it worked perfectly for our group of 22.
