The property is so quiet and peaceful, yet there are plenty of good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The rooms and facilities felt magical, and were clean, comfortable, and accessible. What really stood out was how the owners welcomed us like family and shared their story, from growing things on the farm to providing them for guests. They were excited to show us how they run it, and we were amazed. A special place to experience nature and local culture.

Carla was a wonderful host for our niece’s wedding in August 2015, and we all had an unforgettable time. Our group came from the US, Denmark, Holland, and Italy, and everyone enjoyed themselves enormously. The meals used local ingredients, including porcini mushrooms we had gathered in the woods. I’d recommend it to anyone.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay. The food made with produce from their own farm was amazing, and Carla went out of her way to make sure we had a superb stay.
