We’ll definitely come back. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and although it gets pretty full of kids during the day, around 6 PM it’s just right. You can swim freely with relaxing music and the Tuscan sun. Such a shame it closes after 6:30. The restaurant was amazing. Its garden is enormous, and we worried it might feel like one of those big all-inclusive hotels full of tourists, but it didn’t. Every evening around 100 local people come for fresh pizza and local dishes, which says a lot about the quality. No need to add more :) The place is tucked away in Tuscany and incredibly calm. Our room was very large, clean, and well equipped, and the bathroom was too. I’d only add a bit more light, but that’s a small detail. The service was friendly and helpful, and they taught us how to make pizza and wrote down the full recipe for us :)

A tranquil place, with the motorway only a short drive away, so it worked well as a base for exploring this beautiful part of Italy. Florence is about 20 minutes by car and arrezo about 35. The location is lovely near the mountains, and the Tuscan-style apartments have balconies overlooking the fishing Lakes. There’s a nice pool area with a bar for drinks and snacks, plus a restaurant popular with local people. Rebecca took good care of us and speaks very good English. Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday.

We booked last August, but the place was dirty enough that we had to change rooms. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly for the next guests, which was disappointing. The internet was awful, and we had no connection for more than half of our stay. I would’ve given it one star if the restaurant hadn’t had amazing food and service.

The food was delicious, local, cheap, and tasty, with some really unusual dishes. Local families fill the place, giving it a nice, genuine atmosphere. Loved it!
