The room was noisy and too hot even though the weather wasn't especially warm. It also had a separate bathroom, there was no parking nearby, and getting there on foot was difficult. We arrived around 4 PM, but the owner required check-in from 5 PM, so we ended up waiting two hours. Good value for money, though.

Lia was incredibly kind, and the rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and had private bathrooms. The neighborhood was peaceful, with Lido station just a 10-minute walk away. A perfect place to stay, I'd recommend it.

The owner was friendly and kind, and the renovated rooms were reasonably clean. But breakfast and coffee aren't available in the morning, and our room wasn't cleaned during the stay. The building is uphill and not centrally located, especially if you need the train station, and public transport is poor.

A comfortable, clean atmosphere, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
