A sparkling clean, brand new B&B. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was great.

They were kind enough to let me check in at night. I doubt anyone else would have done that. Thank you!

I can’t comment on the stay itself, but the way this booking was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. I contacted the B&B on June 8th to reserve a room for guests for August 28th, paid a deposit, then paid the full amount the next month at their request. Serious issues meant the guests had to cancel a month before the planned stay. I notified the manager, and we agreed on a refund with a small penalty. Despite repeated promises, nothing has come back to me. Each time I contact the property, I’m told to wait, first because of the owner’s health issues, then local holidays, and then for a bank transfer that never happens. It’s been over a month since the scheduled date, and I still haven’t received the money. Based on this experience and the property’s lack of seriousness, I have to give a very low rating and advise against booking here.

We missed our return train, and this place saved my friends and me from spending the night on the street. We thought we’d have to make do, but luckily we didn’t. The rooms and bathrooms were new and clean. I highly recommend it.
