The location was the part we liked. The entrance was poorly lit, and the tiny elevator was very dirty. We ended up washing our hands after using it, though the place is on the first floor, so you can take the stairs. The room wasn't pleasant, with an old, noisy wooden floor and plastic flower pots that didn't belong in a rental. The balcony is large but crowded with dead plants that should be thrown out, and it was hard to get a glimpse of the sea. The small bathtub was awkward to get into because of the doors, and the bedding was only average. Breakfast came with cardboard cups and individually wrapped sweet items, but no toaster. There was one coffee maker and one kettle for three rooms, and the kettle didn't always work. We bought what we needed for breakfast ourselves. At least there was a microwave, and the fridge in the room was useful. We paid everything in cash and are still waiting for the receipt. We stayed as a couple in May 2025 and were disappointed with our stay at righepois.

For a cheap one or two night stay, the central location is handy. The rest of our experience was pretty disappointing. The entrance and bathroom have wooden floors that creak loudly. The heavy curtains were awkward to open and close and looked dirty, and the soap dispenser was empty. The advertised breakfast was just a few packaged snacks and herbal tea, with no coffee. The food was left uncovered on the counter, including powdered sugar biscuits, and we had no way of knowing how long it had been there. At the very least, a coffee capsule would have been useful. The owner wasn't helpful when we left a pair of shoes behind. She rushed us out at checkout, didn't mention the shoes while cleaning the room, and didn't answer our message when we asked to collect them. We had to call, otherwise they might have been lost. We didn't feel welcomed or treated with basic courtesy. After I posted a review on Booking.com, I got private messages saying, "Gypsy, shame on you, I hated picking up my shoes." That doesn't seem like appropriate behavior from a host. In general, accommodation providers shouldn't post on platforms if they aren't prepared to receive real reviews, rather than fake ones, and pay.

The terrace was the standout for me, it's large and lovely, and a great spot for coffee in the morning or wine at sunset. The B&B is also well located, close to several tourist attractions and just steps from the seafront. Inside, the rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, with a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were very kind and ready to help with anything we needed. It's a comfortable, relaxing place, and I'd happily recommend it. I'm sure I'll come back soon.
