10/10
The rooms were a decent size and had what I needed, including a great washroom with fantastic water pressure. Breakfast service was superb, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It’s a fantastic all-around hotel. If I return to Reggio, I’ll stay here again.

6/10
The location was fine and the staff were really great and helpful, but the rooms were small. The shower curtain kept sticking to my back, which I really didn’t expect in a hotel in 2022. The air conditioning was noisy, though manageable, and the toilet ventilation didn’t work. Breakfast was poor, and you couldn’t serve yourself, though that may have been due to COVID restrictions.

The garage remote can be tricky, and sometimes the door from the garage into the hotel is locked, even though the route goes through the laundry room. It was very confusing at first. On the plus side, the rooms were big and clean, breakfast was good, and the people were friendly.

I had a really nice time here. The service was great, the room was clean, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but what there was was nice.

I loved the breakfast, and the rooms were spacious and always clean. The staff were among the best, friendly and very helpful.
