The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast made for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning wasn't working, but sleeping was fine at 23 C. Local traffic can get a bit hectic. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the hotel itself was very nice.

Good location, but the breakfast was bad. I'd give it 4 out of 10 by North American standards and -5 in Italy. The rooms need renovating, and there was no air conditioning or water pressure.

The room temperature control wasn't working. The bed was soft and quick to move on, and you could hear toilets flushing in other rooms. Water pressure was poor, and the water came out either really hot or really cold. Breakfast didn't feel like an Italian breakfast.

The location worked perfectly for us: parking on site, at the edge of the city, with only a short walk to the centre and restaurants. The barman at the hotel bar was friendly. We booked through booking.com, but something went wrong and the hotel didn't have the information that breakfast was included. I spoke with the manager and it was sorted quickly for the second day, though we missed breakfast on the first day. We probably should have argued the case sooner. The rooms get only 3/5 from me because the beds were quite hard, which I don't like.

The room was cold, and it was very difficult to get the temperature comfortable. The bed felt old, hard and uncomfortable. I was also feeling a bit sick and had to keep going downstairs to the bar to buy tea or ask for hot water, since there weren't even slippers or a kettle in the room. The hotel feels very old and dated, like staying in the 1970s, with absolutely no amenities in the room. I can't believe it's even part of the Accor group.
